Shipping
and Delivery Tropical Watersports use a number of shipping options depending on
items sent.
Please contact us for pickup options and or your own freight arrangements. Except
in other arrangements goods will be sent via our normal freight companies with
costs added to product price and shown on customer invoice. Due to some items in the shop being shipped direct to the customer from the manufacturer setting fixed freight costs are impossible. For larger or unusual shaped items please request a quote for shipping during the checkout procedure. Upon receiving your quote, you may choose to process the order.
Damage to products during shipping must be noted on both copies of the consignment
note when delivered and Tropical Watersports advised ASAP. Failure to follow
this condition may result in a loss of transit damage claim.
Customer
Charter Without the personal contact established with a shop front, our business
relies heavily on trust. It is in our interest to provide you with the best possible
service. We have set ourselves a tough set of guidelines to make sure that the
experience you receive exceeds your expectations.
Orders will be confirmed by automatic email the moment they are received. Any
problems due to out-of-stock items will result in immediate notification.
Orders
All orders placed on any given day will be processed and sent out
the next day.
All queries by email will be processed within 48 hours. Telephone enquiries will
result in a call back before 9pm or at a time convenient to you.
Warranties and Return policy All products
are covered by a manufacturers warranty for a period of 3 to 12 months from the
date of purchase by the original purchaser. Products found to be faulty will be
either replaced or repaired at the manufactures discretion. No claims will be
accepted for damage or injury to persons or equipment whether directly or indirectly
caused by product faults or failure.
We take our commitment to providing quality products very seriously. If you are
dissatisfied with your purchase contact us ASAP. If possible please send a digital
photo showing damage or failure along with a description of how the damage or
failure occurred to Tropical
Watersports. PLEASE do not return product until we have advised what action is to be
taken. This is in an effort to reduce shipping costs and further risk
of damge possible during shipping.
